The flu vaccine will be
distributed on a first come first serve basis for patients of Canyon
Medical Center only. Please check with your insurance to see
if a co-pay is required or not for the vaccine. As of today’s
date, September 18th, we
have not been informed by our supplier or the C.D.C (Centers for
Disease Control) of any vaccine shortages or restrictions.
It is the desire of Canyon
Medical Center, Inc. to meet the demands for the flu vaccine this
season, unless we are informed otherwise preventing us from doing
so.
Flu Shot Schedule
We will provide flu shots while
you are scheduled to see your doctor and when if you come in for a
blood pressure check or B12 injection. In addition we will be
providing flu shots to current patients during the following times
below on a walk-in basis.
OCTOBER
Saturday,
October 11th 9am until 12:30pm
Sunday, October 12th 1pm until 4:30pm
NOVEMBER
Saturday,
November 8th 9am until 12:30pm
Sunday, November 9th 1pm until 4:30pm
